But two years later, the value of this Cave is not just what one person brings to the container, but what we share and co-create together.

Marriage, motherhood, business ownership, family dynamics, trauma-healing, nervous system stabilization, religion deconstruction, spiritual evolution, expansion and everything in between.
This is not a "come and learn" community;
this is a:
come and be supported,
come and share your medicine,
come and try on new versions of you as the old falls away,
come and be witnessed...
And let love teach you.
The Cave is where we come to take off masks, armor and protection.

Magdalene mysteries
Deep in the hills of the South of France sit three notorious caves. Famous for the legend and belief that Mary Magdelene landed in this region to continue Her ministry after the ascension of Yeshua. She wasn't a public teacher. She sat in Caves with those with ears to hear, and she shared wisdom through her transmissions of presence, prayer, breath and ceremony. Over 2000 years later, women are hungry to return to the caves. The land is calling us to remember. Whether you venture to the South of France or not, the Cave is a state of being. Away from threat and demands of life,
we are free to just be.

Live Calls
Each round has 6 calls, spread out over 3 months, scheduled in advance on Sunday Afternoons from 2-4:30pm pst. Calls can include everything from transmissions, share circles, guest teachers, ceremony, projects/crafts, etc. Calls are recorded, but live attendance is encouraged.

Private App
We use an app called Volley where we check in daily(ish) via video messaging. It feels intimidating at first for everyone, but after a couple of days, it's like grabbing coffee with a dear friend. The app keeps us connected, gives us a space to process and allows us to get to know each other on a deeper level.

Evolving Themes
Each 3 month round has a theme. Through the three months, we explore the theme through different lenses and share with each other what is coming up.

Where are we expereinceing AND lacking vitality, & what is the wisdom of the body asking for?
VITALITY is undeniable aliveness.
The free-flow of life-force energy through our individual and collective field.
In this round, we will look at:
lifestyle
commitments
habits
to gently gauge where we are at and where we want to be.
If we are the culmination of everything we consume, what are we consuming?
The Cave is a judgment/shame-free environment where we can ask hard questions, witness ourselves and each other honestly, and hold each other accountable for the growth that we, ourselves, claim to want.
If you want to 10x uplevel your life,
sit with women and souls with wombs that are doing exactly that.
Lifestyle
A gentle and loving look at how our conscious and unconscious choices impact our life-force energy, and how we either resource ourselves or we drain our resources with every choice. A good, honest look at your lifestyle will tell you everything you need to know about your vitality. Movement, rest, meditation, nutrition, hydration, emotional/relational/mental, creativity, energy management, sex, and consumption.
Commitments
Where your attention goes, your energy flows. What commitments have you made, either consciously or unconsciously, with yourself or another, that are impacting your aliveness? Learning to renegotiate agreements by prioritizing your own vitality is a skill we all need more practice in.
How can I align myself to more things and commitments that EXPAND aliveness, not deplete it.
Habits
Who are you when no one is looking? Are you a "check-the-box, bare-minimum" type, or do you show up even when no one is watching? Your habits will predict your future faster than any psychic ever could. Let's talk about how we are all creating a future for ourselves, and our habits are literally the compass and the flashlight. If you want a future you've never known, you have to change what you've always done.

The cave containers have been such a beautiful anchor for me, especially through seasons of upheaval! Having the periodic live calls and the daily video chat options are such a beautiful touch point to witness others and be witnessed. Modern life is a little easier to move through with a community of conscious women in your pocket!

The Cave feels like a room lined with soft things. A place to sit in devotional practice, to rest when times are hard, to be witnessed without judgment. A place to be encouraged in your creations, to lie down and grieve, to celebrate pleasure, to explore the mystical. A place to jabber about life’s musings, and everything in between.
I’ve found rest here when everywhere else felt like a war zone. The structure itself is a truly a gift, the freedom to check in and commune with sisters daily, or to take space when needed.
